Not to be confused with the Wine Company (which I have yet to try)

I never thought I would be a blogger but I'm glad I tried it out. It took sometime to get used to it and now I can't stop. This is about the day to day excitements of being a mom, wife, daughter, friend, or just a plain woman doing her thing.

**Beware I may cuss, so if you think that I might offend you, don't read.
Thanks for reading. Have a nice day!**

Our Story

Our Story

Everyone has their own story, but ours came directly out of a high school love you should say. We both went to the same Intermediate and High School, but didn't realize it until my last year of graduation. He was a year behind me in High School, but I didn't care. Considering that he was a month older than me, just kinda lazy. We were both shy in High School towards each other, just to find out later that he wanted to ask me out but he was just to chicken to do it.

On June 13th 2006, a shortly after my graduation. I took my brother to the pool, not knowing that my life was going to change, along with his. I guess you can say that me in a bathing suit helped him take the plunge. Before he left I walked him to his truck and that's where he asked me out and had our first kiss. Normally the walking to the car, front door, etc., should be done by the guy but I don't regret that move for anything. You could say that he's my high school sweet heart.

It didn't take long for us to fall in love. December 2006, he asked me to marry him. I couldn't say anything but YES! We were married April 23rd 2007. I was so happy to live the rest of my life with him. Even though I was a month pregnant at our wedding no one could tell from the pictures. A last minute, court house wedding, that will hopefully be a re-do in the future, but still will mean the same if not more. I knew he was joining the Army and had no problem with it. Though now, the Army has it's ups and it's downs. But I wouldn't change it.

In April 2007, we had discovered we were expecting. At first, of course we were scared and nervous. But which parent wouldn't be? After many comforting words and advice from my parents, his parents, family, and friends, we knew that God had laid this in our lap for a reason and blessing. 8 months later, on November 18th 2007 we got the perfect, wonderful little boy Hayden Dean, 6 lbs, 12 oz, and 18 inches. We couldn't ask for anything better.  Our family was complete, I married the love of my life, and he gave me the most wonderful gift a man can give. With my parents, my mother in-law, my brother and my brother in-law there to help me while Spencer was still at boot camp, made me feel so loved and I knew that everything was happening for a reason.

In September 2007, Spencer left for boot camp in Columbus, GA, which he graduated in March 2008. Which I got to bring Hayden along to witness that. And in April 2008, we moved from Houston, Tx to Fayetteville, NC where he got stationed, from April 2008 to November 2008. In between that time, we added, very kind and gentle loving dogs. Although, at times they can be annoying they couldn't be any better. Julie, our Dachshund, Chihuahua, Labrador Mix, and Rebecca, our Chocolate Lab.

Spencer then got deployed to Iraq in November 2008 to November 2009. From the time that he was in Iraq I moved back to Texas to be with my family and friends for their love and support. Were I also met some wonderful new friends. I was really relieved that he came home in November because most guys stay longer.

In March 2010, we bought our first house together to finish the cycle. The dogs have a place to run and play and Hayden has room to grow. Better than an apartment were it's so cramped. Plus, a house you can put your own special touch in it.
